ORLANDO, Fla. – Three Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) are scheduled to close Saturday, December 9, in Boynton Beach, Key West, and Marathon.

Disaster Recovery Centers offer in-person support to individuals and small business owners. Survivors still needing help may visit any DRC. They may locate one near them by calling the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362 (Voice, 711 or VS) or 800-462-7585 (TTY). Helpline numbers are open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week. A DRC locator can be found at https://www.fema.gov/disaster-recoverycenters or by using the FEMA App. The State of Florida does not offer Food For Florida (Disaster SNAP/D-SNAP) at DRCs. A list of Food for Florida sites is available online at

FEMA’s temporary housing assistance and grants for transportation expenses, medical and dental expenses, and funeral and burial expenses do not require individuals to apply for an SBA loan. However, applicants who receive SBA loan applications must submit them to SBA to be eligible for assistance that covers personal property, vehicle repair or replacement, and moving and storage expenses.
