At around 7p.m. on Friday, October 26th a crash occurred between a bicyclist and a U.S. Postal Service truck.

The extent of the bicyclist’s injuries are unknown at this time. One eyewitness states that the bicyclist was riding without lights at dusk and the mail truck did not see her and that the mail truck executed a U-turn and collided with the bicyclist who may have been attempting to pass.

The crash is currently under investigation.
