This November, the Tennessee-based, Southern Drawl Band, is teaming up with Island Time Films for a 2-for-1 musical performance that includes the film screening of “Chasing the Sun,” the story of a small tropical radio DJ who is up for a “Trop Rock” music award in Key West.

After the movie premier will be a concert from Southern Drawl, the Americana/Southern Rock/Country band that has been touring the U.S. since 2012. Southern Drawl will be playing two shows at the Key West Theater, as well as several other performances at venues in Key West. For a full list of shows visit their website.

The first show at the Key West Theater follows the “Chasing the Sun” film premier, which starts at 3:30pm on Thursday, November 1. After the film, the Southern Drawl Band takes the stage at 7p.m., with both the movie and musical show included in the admission price. Tickets start at $20.

The Southern Drawl Band’s second performance at the theater takes place on Sunday, November 4 at 7p.m. and will showcase their “Trop Rock” sounds.
