A film forum sponsored by the Tennessee Williams Exhibit will be held Monday, March 28 at the Tropic Cinema.  A champagne reception will kick off the event at 5:30 p.m., followed by the forum scheduled from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Discussion, led by local film critic Shirrel Rhoades, will explore how Williams’ plays and movies often reflect the lifetime experiences of the famous playwright. As noted in a quote by the Director Elia Kazan, “Everything in his life is in his plays and everything in his plays is in his life.”  This forum completes the Tennessee Williams Monday night classic film series, a part of the Tennessee Williams March Birthday Celebration. Tickets are available at the Tropic Cinema.
