December 14, 2017 Stock Island Marina Village threw a party for the dockers, staff and participants of the Stock Island Lighted Boat Parade catered by DeLuna’s Bar & Grill. The Boat Parade winners were announced: Honorable mention: Kayak Kings of Key West “Santa’s Sleigh”; Our top finishers got a handsome trophy made by Koz’s Green World Gallery. 3rd place: Lost Reef Adventures “DreamCat” 2nd place: Sunset Sail Key West “When and If” & “Free Spirit”; 1st place: Calico Jack Ventures “Calico Jack” who won a VIP experience to New Years Eve With Eddie Money, $200 cash and a whole boatload of other prizes. Every boat that was entered received a watersports certificate from Sunset Watersports and a bottle of Tito’s Handmade Vodka (our presenting sponsors) and other goodies from Boyd’s Key West Campground & Kayak Kings of Key West. Winner of the boat decorating contest was Brenda Jones who won 3 months free slip rental. 2nd place was Matt Mullan who won 2 months slip rental. Thank you to everyone who entered and came to watch.
