On December 6th, Durham was involved in an incident on Big Pine Key. He backed his vehicle into a vehicle belonging to a Sheriff’s detective who was in the vicinity working. Durham was found to be in possession of a cigar which appeared to have been altered, and partially filled with an unknown substance. A search of the vehicle turned up plastic bags with a white powder in them. The white powder tested positive as cocaine. Partridge was further charged with driving with his license suspended, possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
