Key West Transit Director Norman Whitaker has named Jorge Colina as Driver of the Year.

Colina has been driving city routes as well as the Lower Keys Shuttle full time since November of 2010. “Jorge is a real asset to the City,” said Whitaker. “He has enjoyed yet another year without any accidents or complaints.”
