Fair Insurance Rates in Monroe (FIRM) is pleased to announce its completely updated website (FIRMKeys.org). With a fresh look and feel, new interactive content, and enhanced navigation, the site is designed to work equally well on smartphones, tablets, and traditional computers. FIRMKey.org will be live on Monday, October 24, 2016.

Users of the site’s Ask FIRM forum are able to submit questions and get answers from FIRM’s experts on windstorm and flood insurance coverage in Monroe County, and under Call to Action, track FIRM’s efforts to ensure that rates are fair, affordable, and actuarially sound (including FIRM’s recent steps to contest the 8.9% increase in windstorm insurance rates for Monroe County recently approved by the state’s Office of Insurance Regulation).

The News and Events section presents updates on FIRM activities and upcoming events, and the Pressroom section offers quick access to relevant material from elsewhere on the web. A valuable trove of archived articles, links to social media websites, and a variety of information resources is also accessible. Those interested may use the site to become a member and contribute to FIRM’s efforts, and even request a FIRM representative to speak at meetings and events.
