Beginning Monday, July 17th, Key West Transit will be adding a commuter shuttle to the Lower Keys Shuttle. This additional run will leave Marathon at 6:30 a.m. from mile marker 53.5 at the Holiday Inn Express and is scheduled to reach downtown Key West a little after 8 a.m.

A new evening commuter shuttle will be leaving downtown Key West at 6 p.m., arriving in Marathon just after 8 p.m.

This added run in each direction is aimed at alleviating crowding on the buses during morning and evening commutes. It also provides riders an added option to better suit their working hours.
