Enter Dock to Dish, Florida’s first Community Supported Fishery, opening here in Key West! Dock to Dish introduces a fundamental change in the seafood marketplace, creating triple-bottom line benefits for local fishermen, our community and especially for our environment.
Twenty-one fishermen, of a new generation, have signed up to be a part of the venture, pledging to specific fishing and handling rules that guarantee the freshest, highest quality filets possible.
