Tennessee Williams Exhibit Accepting Submissions for Painting, Poetry and Short Story Contests
As part of the February-April 106th birthday celebration of America’s foremost 20th century playwright and Key West resident, the Tennessee Williams Key West Exhibit announces a series of public competitions for prose writers, poets, and professional and amateur painters. The submission deadline for the short story writing and poetry contests is March 8 with possible publication in an on-line journal; the deadline for registering for the plein air painting contest is March 3 and the painting will take place on the morning of March 4, at the Tropic Cinema on Eaton Street, the subject of the paintings.
