New Public Access Portal for Clerk of Court Documents
Amy Heavilin, Monroe County Clerk of Court is pleased to announce that our “Public Access Portal” is now ready for the taxpayer’s use. The portal offers 24 hour access to all Monroe County court records except for those specifically exempted by law.
For the next 90-days the portal will be in the pilot stage and we encourage the public to visit our site and search records and provide feedback.
Our website address is https://gov.propertyinfo.com/FL-Monroe/
Located at the bottom center of our webpage one can click on the button “Pilot Project for Online Public Court Records”
The Online Services allows users to search court records using a variety of criteria. To get started, select a case type using the links or click “Search All” if you are unsure of the case type.
Online docket information is available for most cases filed from approximately 1990 to present and document images are available from 2007 to present for most case types.
Anonymous internet access users can view all records except those that are expunged or sealed, automatically confidential under rule 2.420 (d) (1), or made confidential by court order. No remote access to images of records in cases governed by Florida Family Law Rules or Procedure, Florida Rules of Juvenile Procedure or Florida Probate Rules, pursuant to FS #28.2221 (5) (a).
