Miami, FL —Today, the National Women’s Political Caucus (NWPC) endorsed Annette Taddeo for Congress.

"The time for a strong, woman leader representing Florida’s 26th district is far past due. We support women candidates who stand for our shared values. We endorse Annette because she will take Washington to task and make sure equality is a top priority. Her experience and dedication to the environment, education, public safety, and immigration reform demonstrate her commitment progressive values and we look forward to seeing her in Congress,” said Paula Owen Willmarth, Vice President for Political Planning for the NWPC, in a statement.

The National Women’s Political Caucus’s (NWPC) mission is to train and support women candidates for elected and appointed offices. They aim to increase women participation and to create political power for women, with the goal to achieve equality for all. They were founded in 1971.
