  1. Rats! Would love to go. Would somebody be able to ask a few questions for me?

    1. In her opposition letter about single-member districts, she said that her door is always open to people from throughout the Keys. If that’s the case, why did she do nothing about the wastewater funding issue affecting Key Largo for years and years?

    2. Why did she feel the Emergency Services Surtax was a good idea? What was it supposed to accomplish? Why did the “white paper” state that locals pay 100% of property taxes, when that is clearly not true? Was she aware that most local households would have taken a financial hit, especially renters? If not, why not? Isn’t her business to know?

    3. Why does she consistently vote for excessive spending on capital projects? Why does the county consistently go so far over budget estimates? Why hasn’t she done anything about that? How can this level of wasteful spending possibly be sustainable?
