Deb Kik oil painting demonstration at Key West Art Center

Local artist Deb Kik will demonstrate her oil painting technique to the membership of the Key West Art Center after their monthly meeting on Friday, November 11th. Kik, who exhibits at Sodu Gallery on Duval St., enjoys experimenting with various mediums and artistic styles. Kik especially enjoys portraiture. After finding that almost everyone in Key West has a pet, she was pleased to discover that she especially enjoys creating pet portraits. Kik’s demonstration is timed to inspire Art Center members who are creating their own flurry of artwork to be exhibited in the Art Center’s upcoming Art Unleashed show. The exhibit opens November 20 and supports the Florida Keys SPCA.
