City Manager Jim Scholl, the City Commission and the City’s Building Official Ron Wampler last night wished Building Inspector Terrence Richardson a good retirement.

Richardson has been with the City for 13 years. The Key West Chamber of Commerce named him Employee of the Year for 2016.
Wampler noted that Richardson has four state licenses, and that it will take two people to fill his shoes.

Scholl complemented Richardson on his dedication, and added that Richardson has maintained to good working relationship with the contractors and the community throughout his career.
