Youth Summer Sailing Camp
The Key West Community Sailing Center will be offering a youth summer program again this year for students ages 6 to 17.
All classes will run from 9 a.m to 4 p.m.
There will be ten, one week sessions,
running Monday through Friday.
The dates for these sessions will be:
June 12 to June 16 – Beginner Class (9-17 years)
June 19 to June 23 – Beginner Class (9-17 years)
June 26 to July 30 – Intermediate Class (9-17 years)
July 3 to July 7 – Racing Class (10-17 years)
July 10 to July 14 – Beginner Class (9-17 years)
July 17 to July 21 – Young Beginner Class (6-10 years)
July 24 to July 27 – Intermediate Class (9-17 years)
July 31 to August 4 – Beginner Class (9-17 years)
August 7 to August 11 – Intermediate Class (9-17 years)
August 14 to August 18 – Racing Class (10-17 years)
Cost per class per student is $250.00.
We provide books and homework assignments.
One hour is provided for lunch. Students must bring their own lunch.
The classes will cover all skill levels, the basics of sailing and racing on a variety of boats owned by the Center.
Our primary goal is that students learn and grow from this experience; therefore it is imortant that your child is placed in the right skill level. Skill Level descriptions are listed on our web site under Education.

The Instructors at the Center are certified through US Sailing. They have instructed sailing on a variety of boats from 8′ – 36′, in private lessons and class enviroments.
