A message from Kim Chapman: We are the Chapmans, my husband has been entertaining tourists and residents for many years during his evening ride on a 3 wheel bike with bright lights and fun music. He lives each day for his ride working to make the show more interesting for everyone and putting SMILES on the faces of all who see him. This is his favorite thing to do since he retired from construction many years ago. He is now 76 years old. He would have loved to continue to do this until his final days but we are left with no alternative at this time but to leave Key West….go to Kim Chapman’s GoFundMe page to read more and to donate.

This is very sad that laws did no prevent the abuse of a retired old man. Sorry to say never got to meet this man. Wish we could have been there for his party.
