Crooked Atty General Bondi Gives Up Whistle Blower

letter

Dear Editor,

It was reported to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi that Monroe County through it’s Running Dog Lackey Robert “Bob”Dean, Kurt Zeulch, & the FKAA were actively Extorting 3000+Lower Keys Taxpayers & Property Owners to Give up Property Rights for installation of Monroe County’s Turd Grinders AND SUPPLY Electric to run them. I was Personally told by an Asst. County Atty. that if I didn’t give up and unwillingly surrender my property rights, I would Be BYPASSED and my homestead would be CONDEMNED. I am a 75 year old Wounded Warrior & a Minority and my Civil Rights are being taken.
Atty. General Bondis solution to ??INVESTIGATE?? My complaint is to FORWARD IT to Bob Dean and The FKAA for comment.

Are you F-ing kidding me. What the HELL is her job?? To give up Whistleblowers?? Or when informed of Political Corruption and criminal acts to warn the Perpetrators that someone making waves and they better COVER THEIR ASSES.

Dr. Geno

  1. Once again, a top level government law enforcer claims no authority to act against FKAA.
FKAA answers only to their Board who answers only to the Governor. The Governor has ignored letters reporting illegal and unethical actions of FKAA, and his officials at the Department of Environmental Protection, the South Florida Water Management District, the Public Service Commission, the Inspector General, and the Attorney General have all denied having authority. Likewise, on a federal level, EPA, the Army Corps, the Department of Interior FWS, and Department of Labor OSHA have all denied having authority to enforce federal laws. Except for OSHA, which respects State Rights on safety issues (and Florida has no work safety laws), the other feds all claim to be powerless unless a direct federal grant is involved. If a federal grant has been distributed by the state, the feds say it is no longer federal money. Horse feathers! If I do not receive a federal grant to put a golf course on my endangered species habitat acreage, do you think I will be left to proceed unfettered? FWS told me they can act if it can be proven that FKAA has killed endangered species- but not a plant, only an animal. I asked who would be held accountable at FKAA and they said it would be the supreme authority over FKAA. Right. I can see Rick Scott in handcuffs now because FKAA violated environmental laws and killed some bunnies. There is no law when talking about FKAA. This could become a grade B Spaghetti Western yet before we see any justice or accountability in the lower Keys. Most are probably too young to remember even reruns about the TV folk hero with the theme song that went “Paladin, Paladin, Where do you roam?” He solved a lot of Old West corruption and abuse issues in an effective manner I would not want to see develop here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgvxu8QY01s
