ARTIST RECEPTION/EXHIBITION: R. M. Walter – Opening Reception – Friday April 1, 5 -7 PM
R.M. Walter’s new body of work focuses on the sky “…and what effects various conditions, such as clouds, have on the light and color I perceive.” Atmosphere, is comprised of small canvases, painted en plein air, and larger studio works. These works were made possible, in part, through a grant from the Anne McKee Artists Fund of the Florida Keys.
The show will be on exhibit April 1 – 14 and is part of a series of featured artist shows at the Key West Art Center, a non-profit community art gallery located at 301 Front St., Key West and open every day from 10 am to 5 pm.
