The Orlando Slayings: Ask the Wrong Questions, Get the Wrong—Or Is It The “Right”?– Answers?

Omar Mateen

by Martha K. Huggins, Ph.D……..

For 21 years I have been an ‘expert witness’ for lawyers representing LGBT clients from Brazil petitioning for asylum in the United States.  Seeking to avoid violent persecution in Brazil, as my asylum reports clearly demonstrate, LGBT Brazilians seeking US asylum believe that they are safer in the US than in Brazil.

But considering the widespread US homophobia I often wonder, ‘Are LGBT Brazilians really safer in the U.S.?’  Certainly, the Pulse Club slaying in Orlando, Florida calls the safety of LGBT folks into question.  Homophobia, deeply ingrained in the institutional and cultural fabric of American society, is central for understanding  the brutal mass slaying at Orlando’s Pulse nightclub:  It occurred during Pride month, at a predominately LGBT club, just steps away from Orlando’s GLBT center;  the homophobia connection cannot possibly be  ignored—yet it so often is.  The mass killing at that nightclub stands as a perverse and deadly reminder of  the depth of hatred for sexualities that call into question the hegemony of heterosexuality.

Homophobia and Hate Crime

The psychological stress for survivors of the Pulse nightclub blood bath may never go away.  Forty-nine lives were lost and even more people were physically injured, yet the first questions asked by US security specialists, via media pundits, were: ‘Was the attack ISIS-inspired?’ “What did authorities know about the possible ‘Islamic terrorist’ killer?”  The FBI had looked into the shooter, Omar Sadiq Mateen, even before the Pulse club slaying, but only sought information about his possible international terror connections.  A security guard, Mateen had been interviewed twice by FBI agents:  in 2012 for making “terrorist-related comments” to co-workers, and again in 2014 for his possible connections to an American-born suicide bomber in Syria.  The interviews are said to have turned up no suspicious links to ‘terrorism.’  Mateen did remain on FBI radar, although recent history reveals that  their “radar” was malfunctioning on the day Mateen purchased a battlefield-style assault weapon and Glock rapid-fire revolver.

Savagely slaying 49 people and physically injuring over fifty others, Omar Mateen’s vicious brutality against mostly LGBT folk, a possible majority of whom were Latino/a’s,  was first and foremost a homophobic hate crime.  Deeply ingrained in American society, homophobic exclusion by any means was central to Mateen’s brutal mass slaying, even though Mateen himself was a some-time visitor to the club.  It could be argued that Maneen hated himself for sensing he was what US society abhors, discriminates against, and physically violates. A powerful battle with his own sexuality could have influenced his murderous intensions, but Mateen’s motivation would not have amounted to the deadly outcome at Pulse, if he had not been able to purchase the powerful weapon of war used to expunge his demons.  And those seeking to understand Mateen’s violent actions need to consider the larger politico-economic crusade to keep America safe from “terrorists” if they want to prevent future such attacks.

Homophobia, as a reason for this crime has little profit-generating and career enhancing potential for U.S. officials investigating Mateen’s  hate crime. Whereas, the  “War against Terror” is politically valuable, economically profitable, and a potential career-enhancer.  Widespread  US belief in organized “Islamic terror” keeps fear alive, which helps bring uneasy publics to heel; the “War against Terror” enhances the US war economy at home and abroad.  So let’s sort this out.

Guns,  Bullets, and Profits

Guns kill and maim; rapid-fire weapons cause multiple casualties.  Mateen’s human devastation could not have occurred –and certainly would not have resulted in its massive scale of injuries and death—if he had not been packing a rapid-fire weapon: a US-made Sig Sauer MCX rifle (referred to in the media as an AK-47) and a Glock, Austrian -made or US knockoff.  And Mateen’s planned killing spree could not have taken place without the .300 AAC Blackout cartridges–created by the U.S.- based Advanced Armament Corporation (AAC) in collaboration with America’s oldest gun maker, Remington. Now branded Remington Defense, this company “produces both firearms and ammunition domestically and is the largest U.S. producer of shotguns and rifles. Remington has…developed or adapted more cartridges than any other gun maker or ammunition manufacturer in the world.”[i]

Rather than digging into Mateen’s “motivation” for killing, why not examine the motivation of those who produce and sell the weapons of mass destruction that Mateen used?   That’s simple: There’s big money in weapons and ammo.  Among the world’s six top revenue earners from weapons sales, two alone—the U.S. Smith & Wesson Company, the #1 weapons maker in annual earnings, and Colt, USA, the  6th  in annual revenue –together had 2014 gross revenues of almost three-quarters of a billion dollars ($710 million).[ii]  The current global ammunition market produces $6.4 billion in revenue.[iii]  According to the Huffington Post, in 2013 there were more guns in the US population than people:  With a population of 317 million, the U.S. had 357 million guns in its population.[iv]   The annual revenue of the gun and ammo manufacturing industry is $13.5 billion. Spending in U.S. gun and ammo stores produces $31 billion annually.[v]  The profitability of arms is well-recognized by U.S. politicians who continue supporting weapons production and sales even in the face of  the slaughter wrought by them:  they reap the ill-gotten gains derived from having cozy relationships with arms industry lobbyists and their corporate clients.

Besides Omar Mateen’s hate crime having the complicity of private sector corporations, their officers and stock holders, the U.S. government also shares responsibility for the Pulse club massacre: federal investment in warfare R&D has promoted development of  new and more civilian-friendly weapons: a lighter- weight machine gun grew out of a U.S. government- private sector collaboration, rendering the new weapon more amenable to civilian use.

When ‘Good’ Guys are in Bed with ‘Bad’ Ones

Looking at government security officials’ past investigations into mass killings, one must ask:  ‘How objective can such an investigation be when government investigators’ employers are partners with perpetrators?’ The answer:  such investigations cannot be objective because, if they were, our own government’s and corporate capital’s complicity in massacres would be exposed.  The best way to pass off  government responsibility for Mateen’s massacre is to investigate it as rooted in evil forces outside America:  an act of  “international terrorism”– even if there is scant evidence for this conclusion.

My own formula for explaining the Pulse club massacre identifies three relevant factors:   a pervasive and violent culture of exclusion–which in the Orlando slaughter is homophobia, aggressive corporate profit-making, and compromised investigations of such killings that fail to consider the first two factors.  That’s the function of  posing  Mateen as a potential ‘Islamic terrorist.”   A troubled young man ready to explode, Mateen was  employed at G4S Secure Solutions, a British security multinational with U.S. headquarters in Jupiter, Florida. The world’s largest security services company by revenue,[vi]  G4S has security operations in over 110 countries and employs 620,000, with around 55,000 of these in the U.S.[vii]  Its services range from protecting government embassies and consulates to nuclear power plants;  running prisons and providing their guards; transporting cash; and installing security systems and surveillance devices.[viii]  U.S.-based Wackenhut, since 2010 a G4S Secure Solutions subsidiary, is part of  the G4S conglomerate empire, which is now owned 57.5% by the stockholders of  the former Denmark-based Group 4 Falck–a G4S-acquired security firm–and 42.5% by the UK–based Securicor Security’s  stockholders, another security business gobbled up by G4S Secure Solutions.  While G4S stock continues relatively strong on U.S. stock exchanges, it took a nose dive on London’s, dripping 5.8 % the week after G4S employee Mateen’s rampage.[ix]

The FBI and U.S. Homeland Security (DHS) maintain from their on-going investigation that Mateen was carefully vetted before being hired by G4S Security, a ‘fact’ that G4S Security Solutions has asserted and the FBI maintains without providing a scintilla of real evidence.[x]  No matter that the U.S. and British governments know full well that G4S Secure Solutions has a history of lying about its employees’ backgrounds, with violent results in some cases. A 2014/2015 BBC Scotland investigation[xi] found that G4S did not properly screen one of its employees, Danny Fitzsimons, who killed two colleagues just 36 hours after he had started working in Iraq for G4S Secure Solutions. It was later discovered that Fitzsimons had previously been on bail for firearms offenses and was suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder when hired.

And then there is Travis Baumgartner: a 21-year-old heavily indebted G4S trainee, [who] murdered his [two] co-workers in June 2012 while [the three G4S security guards]… were delivering cash to a bank machine in Alberta [Canada].  Lawsuits submitted…by the victims’ families allege that G4S failed to ensure if Baumgartner was psychologically fit to carry out his duties, which included handling a loaded gun.  G4S claims Baumgartner went through a [Canadian] federal firearms training test and a psychological evaluation before hiring him.”[xii]

The U.S. government, which uses G4S security guards at some of its embassies and consulates, learned the hard way during a security guard strike in Pakistan the consequences of G4S dishonesty.   U.S. Embassy officials were assured by G4S that replacement guards had been fully and conscientiously vetted, when in fact they had not. This had the potential to impact the security of  U.S. government buildings and personnel. G4S was nevertheless fined but retained by a number of U.S. government entities abroad.

Several more pages could cover other examples of  G4S lies. But you can read more of these by going to the attached citation.[xiii]

Why Investigations Fail

According to its corporate site, G4S Secure Solutions (USA) “was the first Security company to receive…[Safety Act] certification… from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security”[xiv]  G4S supplies security services for the U.S. Departments of  State (guarding embassies and consulates), Energy, Defense, as well as US state and local entities,[xv] for which G4S  is generously rewarded by lucrative contracts, in spite of its very poor record of  vetting guards.  In a ‘tit for tat’ relationship, Homeland Security promotes G4S on its “Prime Contractors” webpage,[xvi] a sort of employment list and contract-facilitating posting.[xvii]

Many of Florida State’s elected and appointed officials have had a cozy relationship with G4S. Because so many of G4S Secure Solution’s services are in security and punishment, one can assume that Florida’s Attorney General Pam Bondi (2011-present),  in dealing with criminal justice  in her state, at some point interfaced with G4S.  The  Youth Services business of G4S,  “operates 32 training, residential and treatment centers for young offenders,” with the majority of these,  “in Florida but also in Arkansas, Tennessee and Texas.” [xviii]  The Florida Sheriffs Association (FSA) indicates on its website that G4S Secure Solutions (USA) is one of its valued corporate sponsors.  The FSA receives favored treatment at G4S’s annual conventions and G4S gets to bask in the legitimacy of having the Florida’s Sheriffs Association’s publicly documented respect.

Returning to First Premises

Omar Mateen’s enraged slaying of 49 people and serious wounding of many more, was a hate crime.  Being able to purchase a rapid-fire war weapon and a Glock semi-automatic enabled Mateen’s crime.  Mateen’s having been a security guard for a company that does extensive private security business with the U.S.,  inhibits any real investigation by the U.S. national security establishment into the very cozy relationship between Mateen’s employer– the multinational G4S Secure Solutions–and the U.S. federal and local governments’ relations with it.  We must reject any investigations, whether by social scientists, the FBI, or Homeland Security, that start with a desired conclusion or agenda and then search exclusively for data to support it.  What we need is an independent investigation that examines all the multifarious facets of this hate crime and its background.

  1. First rate journalism! The complexities exposed by your report of the entire bloody picture do not appeal to the the sound bite loving simpleton demographic. Our lawmakers and corporate are in collusion for mutual benefit, both financial and in their self interest to maintain their position of power and influence. The foreign terrorist narrative conveniently fits the bill and is promoted and supported by the aforementioned simpleton demographic.

Make bribery of politicians illegal. Take the profit incentive away and perhaps we might get some true representation in Washington instead of the corporate shills currently taking up space in the house and senate.

  2. I’ve been super busy earning shekels this week and haven’t had time to search and view the surely dozens of videos of the actual shooting event. Would someone mind posting a link to a video or two? Grazie.

      1. Have you seen this one? Sure, people ‘grieve differently’ but this chic isn’t grieving AT ALL!

        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0yN_qM_ZeM

Whomever orchestrated this charade is close to genius…We got Islamic terror, homo victimization, attack on sacred feminine (as seen in this video where this “mother” denies the importance of her motherhood by giving it away to “Orlando”), gun control, mental health farce…everything but the Truth.

        1. while i make no judgements on anyone’s lifestyle, i did enjoy you handing the self righteous author her butt with your response. she asked for it, and you gave it to her.

  3. And here’s something else to ponder…homosexuality is the epitome of narcissism…where’s the virtue in that? Not to mention the myriad of health problems included in gay bowel syndrome and the seeming tendency toward pedophilia in the gay community….Go ahead and deny it but the facts are the facts. Homosexuality goes against Natural Law and should not be promoted to our children as something virtuous and normal.

    1. you need to provide scientific data that includes, comparison between Hetero sex-related disease rests and those for gays and lesbians. You’ll see that in most cases heterosexuals lead gays and lesbians in disease rates (and cite your sources as I do).
Second most pedophiles are older Hereros. Where’s your data?

Please do not offer me any more of your sloppy reporting, I have no time for it. You are just too often incorrect and offer no comparative evidence for your claims martha

      1. Ms. Huggins, please, if you would like to proffer others sloppy reporting, perhaps you should look closer to home…

this “shooting” is another false flag. the fact that you accept the government narrative so quickly sans any critical fact checking, common sense, or historical perspective, displays a naiveté securely grounded in the pathology of cognitive dissonance.

the Boston Marathon bombing, Sandy Hook, San Bernardino, have all been thoroughly debunked to all but the most primitive intellects. Waco, Ruby Ridge, Oklahoma City, 9/11 and the current police state should have relieved you of any notion of governmental innocence or timidity to commit murder or fabricate to evolve their agenda.

true journalism means challenging that agenda, not acquiescing to it.

take a look at this. http://sonarz.com/the-orlando-shooting-is-fake-and-heres-why/

well, you asked Sister to repot, and it looks like she did; very interested in your response….

        1. I guess that you never even read my article. It is all about questioning government modes of investigating the killings. If you are saying that the killings never occurred than I fear there has been a break reality.

In addition, strive to not use a seemingly “big” and”important” word (as you so often do) when a simple one communicates better. Your selection of vocabulary usually makes it appear that you are selecting words from a Thesaurus that you do not know or use in context very often. This takes away from your argument, makes it a bit silly at times.

          1. oh boy… so you have regressed to using pejoratives (sorry, is that too big a word?) as your fellow Blue Paper authors do when your failed intellect can muster nothing substantive in rebuttal.

i most assuredly read your article, banal and insipid though it was. my response had no relation to governmental investigation, even tangentially (uh oh… another big word), but rather to government complicity, because that is the true subject at hand. but, it is a subject that sadly, seems to have escaped your “rapier” (sorry, just can’t seem to help myself!) investigative probing, and capacity to comprehend.

i am sorry if my choice of words annoys you, but i do have an education, studied to get the most out of it, and worked hard to afford it. so you’ll forgive me if i use it.

but then, you started college at CSLB and i at UCLA; i guess that says it all (Californians will understand that). you should have studied harder.

really now, an educator who denigrates literacy; now THAT is truly character defining.

  4. Male Homosexual Behavior

Men having sex with other men leads to greater health risks than men having sex with women1 not only because of promiscuity but also because of the nature of sex among men. A British researcher summarizes the danger as follows:

“Male homosexual behaviour is not simply either ‘active’ or ‘passive,’ since penile-anal, mouth-penile, and hand-anal sexual contact is usual for both partners, and mouth-anal contact is not infrequent. . . . Mouth-anal contact is the reason for the relatively high incidence of diseases caused by bowel pathogens in male homosexuals. Trauma may encourage the entry of micro-organisms and thus lead to primary syphilitic lesions occurring in the anogenital area. . . In addition to sodomy, trauma may be caused by foreign bodies, including stimulators of various kinds, penile adornments, and prostheses.”2

Although the specific activities addressed below may be practiced by heterosexuals at times, homosexual men engage in these activities to a far greater extent.3

    a. Anal-genital

Anal intercourse is the sine qua non of sex for many gay men.4 Yet human physiology makes it clear that the body was not designed to accommodate this activity. The rectum is significantly different from the vagina with regard to suitability for penetration by a penis. The vagina has natural lubricants and is supported by a network of muscles. It is composed of a mucus membrane with a multi-layer stratified squamous epithelium that allows it to endure friction without damage and to resist the immunological actions caused by semen and sperm. In comparison, the anus is a delicate mechanism of small muscles that comprise an “exit-only” passage. With repeated trauma, friction and stretching, the sphincter loses its tone and its ability to maintain a tight seal. Consequently, anal intercourse leads to leakage of fecal material that can easily become chronic.

The potential for injury is exacerbated by the fact that the intestine has only a single layer of cells separating it from highly vascular tissue, that is, blood. Therefore, any organisms that are introduced into the rectum have a much easier time establishing a foothold for infection than they would in a vagina. The single layer tissue cannot withstand the friction associated with penile penetration, resulting in traumas that expose both participants to blood, organisms in feces, and a mixing of bodily fluids.

Furthermore, ejaculate has components that are immunosuppressive. In the course of ordinary reproductive physiology, this allows the sperm to evade the immune defenses of the female. Rectal insemination of rabbits has shown that sperm impaired the immune defenses of the recipient.5 Semen may have a similar impact on humans.6

The end result is that the fragility of the anus and rectum, along with the immunosuppressive effect of ejaculate, make anal-genital intercourse a most efficient manner of transmitting HIV and other infections. The list of diseases found with extraordinary frequency among male homosexual practitioners as a result of anal intercourse is alarming:

    Anal Cancer
    Chlamydia trachomatis
    Cryptosporidium
    Giardia lamblia
    Herpes simplex virus
    Human immunodeficiency virus
    Human papilloma virus
    Isospora belli
    Microsporidia
    Gonorrhea
    Viral hepatitis types B & C
    Syphilis7

Sexual transmission of some of these diseases is so rare in the exclusively heterosexual population as to be virtually unknown. Others, while found among heterosexual and homosexual practitioners, are clearly predominated by those involved in homosexual activity. Syphilis, for example is found among heterosexual and homosexual practitioners. But in 1999, King County, Washington (Seattle), reported that 85 percent of syphilis cases were among self-identified homosexual practitioners.8 And as noted above, syphilis among homosexual men is now at epidemic levels in San Francisco.9

A 2010 CDC data analysis underscores the disproportionate impact of HIV and syphilis among gay and bisexual men in the United States. The data, presented at CDC’s 2010 National STD Prevention Conference, found that the rate of new HIV diagnoses among men who have sex with men (MSM) is more than 44 times that of other men and more than 40 times that of women. The rate of primary and secondary syphilis among MSM is more than 46 times that of other men and more than 71 times that of women.10

A 1988 CDC survey identified 21 percent of all Hepatitis B cases as being homosexually transmitted while 18 percent were heterosexually transmitted.11 Since homosexuals comprise such a small percent of the population (only 1-3 percent),12 they have a significantly higher rate of infection than heterosexuals.13

Anal intercourse also puts men at significant risk for anal cancer. Anal cancer is the result of infection with some subtypes of human papilloma virus (HPV), which are known viral carcinogens. Data as of 1989 showed the rates of anal cancer in male homosexual practitioners to be 10 times that of heterosexual males, and growing.13 Thus, the prevalence of anal cancer among gay men is of great concern. For those with AIDS, the rates are doubled.14

Other physical problems associated with anal intercourse are:

    hemorrhoids
    anal fissures
    anorectal trauma
    retained foreign bodies.15

    b. Oral-anal

There is an extremely high rate of parasitic and other intestinal infections documented among male homosexual practitioners because of oral-anal contact. In fact, there are so many infections that a syndrome called “the Gay Bowel” is described in the medical literature.16 “Gay bowel syndrome constitutes a group of conditions that occur among persons who practice unprotected anal intercourse, anilingus, or fellatio following anal intercourse.”17 Although some women have been diagnosed with some of the gastrointestinal infections associated with “gay bowel,” the vast preponderance of patients with these conditions are men who have sex with men.18

“Rimming” is the street name given to oralanal contact. It is because of this practice that intestinal parasites ordinarily found in the tropics are encountered in the bodies of American gay men. Combined with anal intercourse and other homosexual practices, “rimming” provides a rich opportunity for a variety of infections.

Men who have sex with men account for the lion’s share of the increasing number of cases in America of sexually transmitted infections that are not generally spread through sexual contact. These diseases, with consequences that range from severe and even life-threatening to mere annoyances, include Hepatitis A,19 Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba histolytica,20 Epstein-Barr virus,21 Neisseria meningitides,22 Shigellosis, Salmonellosis, Pediculosis, scabies and Campylobacter.23 The U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) identified a 1991 outbreak of Hepatitis A in New York City, in which 78 percent of male respondents identified themselves as homosexual or bisexual.24While Hepatitis A can be transmitted by routes other than sexual, a preponderance of Hepatitis A is found in gay men in multiple states.25 Salmonella is rarely associated with sexual activity except among gay men who have oral-anal and oral-genital contact following anal intercourse.26 The most unsettling new discovery is the reported sexual transmission of typhoid. This water-borne disease, well known in the tropics, only infects 400 people each year in the United States, usually as a result of ingestion of contaminated food or water while abroad. But sexual transmission was diagnosed in Ohio in a series of male sex partners of one male who had traveled to Puerto Rico.27

In America, Human Herpes Virus 8 (called Herpes Type 8 or HHV-8) is a disease found exclusively among male homosexual practitioners. Researchers have long noted that men who contracted AIDS through homosexual behavior frequently developed a previously rare form of cancer called Kaposi’s sarcoma. Men who contract HIV/AIDS through heterosexual sex or intravenous drug use rarely display this cancer. Recent studies confirm that Kaposi’s sarcoma results from infection with HHV-8. The New England Journal of Medicine described one cohort in San Francisco where 38 percent of the men who admitted any homosexual contact within the previous five years tested positive for this virus while none of the exclusively heterosexual men tested positive. The study predicted that half of the men with both HIV and HHV-8 would develop the cancer within 10 years.28 The medical literature is currently unclear as to the precise types of sexual behavior that transmit HHV-8, but there is a suspicion that it may be transmitted via saliva.29

    c. Human Waste

Some gay men sexualize human waste, including the medically dangerous practice of coprophilia, which means sexual contact with highly infectious fecal wastes.30 This practice exposes the participants to all of the risks of anal-oral contact and many of the risks of analgenital contact.

    d. Fisting

“Fisting” refers to the insertion of a hand or forearm into the rectum, and is far more damaging than anal intercourse. Tears can occur, along with incompetence of the anal sphincter. The result can include infections, inflammation and, consequently, enhanced susceptibility to future STDs. Twenty-two percent of homosexuals in one survey admitted to having participated in this practice.31

    e. Sadism

The sexualization of pain and cruelty is described as sadism, named for the 18th Century novelist, the Marquis de Sade. His novel Justine describes repeated rapes and non-consensual whippings.32 Not all persons who practice sadism engage in the same activities. But a recent advertisement for a sadistic “conference” included a warning that participants might see “intentional infliction of pain [and] cutting of the skin with bleeding . . . .” Scheduled workshops included “Vaginal Fisting” (with a demonstration), “Sacred Sexuality and Cutting” with “a demonstration of a cutting with a live subject,” “Rough Rope,” and a “Body Harness” workshop that was to involve “demonstrating and coaching the tying of erotic body harnesses that involve the genitals, male and female.”33 A similar event entitled the “Vicious Valentine” occurred near Chicago on Feb. 15-17, 2002.34 The medical consequences of such activities range from mild to fatal, depending upon the nature of the injuries inflicted.35 As many as 37 percent of homosexuals have practiced some form of sadism.36

    f. Conclusion

The consequences of homosexual activity have significantly altered the delivery of medical care to the population at-large. With the increased incidence of STD organisms in unexpected places, simple sore throat is no longer so simple. Doctors must now ask probing questions of their patients or risk making a misdiagnosis. The evaluation of a sore throat must now include questions about oral and anal sex. A case of hemorrhoids is no longer just a surgical problem. We must now inquire as to sexual practice and consider that anal cancer, rectal gonorrhea, or rectal chlamydia may be secreted in what deceptively appears to be “just hemorrhoids.”37 Moreover, data shows that rectal and throat gonorrhea, for example, are without symptoms in 75 percent of cases.38

The impact of the health consequences of gay sex is not confined to homosexual practitioners. Even though nearly 11 million people in America are directly affected by cancer, compared to slightly more than three-quarters of a million with AIDS,39 AIDS spending per patient is more than seven times that for cancer.40 The inequity for diabetes and heart disease is even more striking.41 Consequently, the disproportionate amount of money spent on AIDS detracts from research into cures for diseases that affect more people.

Homosexual Pedophiles are Vastly Overrepresented in Child Sex Abuse Cases

Homosexual pedophiles sexually molest children at a far greater rate compared to the percentage of homosexuals in the general population. A study in the Journal of Sex Research found, as we have noted above, that “approximately one-third of [child sex offenders] had victimized boys and two-thirds had victimized girls.” The authors then make a prescient observation: “Interestingly, this ratio differs substantially from the ratio of gynephiles (men who erotically prefer physically mature females) to androphiles (men who erotically prefer physically mature males), which is at least 20 to 1.”[17]

In other words, although heterosexuals outnumber homosexuals by a ratio of at least 20 to 1, homosexual pedophiles commit about one-third of the total number of child sex offenses.

Similarly, the Archives of Sexual Behavior also noted that homosexual pedophiles are significantly overrepresented in child sex offence cases:

The best epidemiological evidence indicates that only 2 to 4 percent of men attracted to adults prefer men (ACSF Investigators, 1992; Billy et al.,1993; Fay et al.,1989; Johnson et al.,1992); in contrast, around 25 to 40 percent of men attracted to children prefer boys (Blanchard et al.,1999; Gebhard et al.,1965; Mohr et al.,1964). Thus, the rate of homosexual attraction is 6 to 20 times higher among pedophiles.”[18]

The stark imbalance between homosexual and heterosexual child molestationswas confirmed in the Archives of Sexual Behavior study itself, which divided 260 pedophile participants into three groups: “152 heterosexual pedophiles (men with offenses or self-reported attractions involving girls only), 43 bisexual pedophiles (boys and girls), and 65 homosexual pedophiles (boys only).”[19] In other words, 25 percent of the offenders were homosexual pedophiles–or 41 percent if those who molest girls as well as boys are included.

Other studies report an unusually high percentage of child molestations by homosexual pedophiles:

A study on pedophilia in the Psychiatric Journal of the University of Ottawa reported: “According to the literature, findings of a two-to-one ratio of heterosexual to homosexual pedophiles have been documented.”[20]

The Journal of Sex Research reports a study that included “199 offenders against female children and 96 offenders against male children. . . . This would indicate a proportional prevalence of 32 percent of homosexual offenders against children.”[21]

A study of male child sex offenders in Child Abuse and Neglect found that fourteen percent targeted only males, and a further 28 percent chose males as well as females as victims, thus indicating that 42 percent of male pedophiles engaged in homosexual molestation.[22]
ARE MEN WHO MOLEST BOYS REALLY ‘HOMOSEXUALS’? Gay Apologists Insist on a Simplistic Stereotype of Pedophilia

Central to the attempts to separate homosexuality from pedophilia is the claim that pedophiles cannot, by definition, be considered homosexuals. Relying upon a questionable methodology[23], the gay advocacy organization Human Rights Campaign published a “Fact Sheet on Sexual Orientation and Child Abuse,” that states: “A sexual abuser who molests a child of the same sex is usually not considered homosexual.”[24]

The basis for this claim is the view that pedophiles who molest boys cannot be considered homosexual if that individual has at any time been married or sexually involved with women.
    ‘Homosexual Pedophiles’: A Clinical Term

The fact is, however, that the terms “homosexual” and “pedophile” are not mutually exclusive: they describe two intersecting types of sexual attraction. Webster’s Dictionary defines “homosexual” as someone who is sexually attracted to persons of the same sex. “Pedophile” is defined as “an adult who is sexually attracted to young children.” The former definition refers to the gender of the desired sexual object, while the latter refers to the age of the desired sexual object.

A male “homosexual pedophile,” then, is defined as someone who is generally (but not exclusively, see below) sexually attracted to boys, while a female “homosexual pedophile” is sexually attracted to girls.[25]

The term “homosexual pedophile” was first used in the early 20th century by the Viennese psychiatrist Dr. Richard von Krafft -Ebing, who pioneered the systematic study of sexual deviance. Krafft-Ebing described pedophiles as heterosexually, homosexually or bisexually oriented.[26] This division has been accepted by pedophiles themselves,[27] and is well attested in the literature:

A study of child molesters in Behavior Research and Therapy found that “a homosexual and a heterosexual subgroup can be delineated among these offenders.”[28]

The Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy published a study on the same topic, which discussed “the proportional prevalences of heterosexual and homosexual pedophilia.”[29] The study commented on a study that found that “the percentage of the homosexual pedophiles would be 45.8.” Even adjusted downward for exhibitionists, “this would still indicate a much higher percentage (34 percent) of homosexuals among pedophiles than among men who prefer physically mature partners.”[30]

In a review of studies on pedophilia, the Psychiatric Journal of the University of Ottawa concluded: “The findings of previous studies report that pedophiles can be divided into heterosexual and homosexual pedophiles according to their erotic preference. . . . This was confirmed in this recent study.”[31] The article classified homosexual pedophilia into three types: the socially inadequate homosexual pedophile, the intrusive homosexual pedophile, and the undifferentiated homosexual pedophile.[32]

A study of pedophiles in Behavior Research and Therapy concluded: “The second, and perhaps the most important observation we made, is that a homosexual and a heterosexual subgroup can be delineated among these offenders. . . . Categorizing them in this way revealed important differences in the pattern of their sexual preferences.”[33]

The International Journal of Offender Therapy and Comparative Criminology refers to homosexual pedophiles as a “distinct group.” The victims of homosexual pedophiles “were more likely to be strangers, that they were more likely to have engaged in paraphiliac behavior separate from that involved in the offence, and that they were more likely to have past convictions for sexual offences. . . . Other studies [showed a] greater risk of reoffending than those who had offended against girls” and that the “recidivism rate for male-victim offenders is approximately twice that for female-victim offenders.”[34]
Homosexuals and Homosexual Pedophiles Engage in a Wide Variety of Sexual Behavior that Belies Simplistic Categories

Despite this evidence, in their efforts to divorce homosexuality from pedophilia, homosexual apologists insist on a rigid, narrow definition of the terms “homosexual” and “pedophile” that permits no overlap of the terms. They deny that homosexuals are attracted in inordinate numbers to boys. They also claim that pedophiles cannot be classified as “homosexual” if at any time they have had sexual relations with women.

However, such a narrow definition does not do justice to the complex nature of pedophilia. Researchers have long been aware that pedophiles exhibit a wide variety of sexual attractions and behavior–often to draw attention away from their primary lust for boys. A study on sex offenders in the International Journal of Offender Therapy and Comparative Criminology notes that “the reason child sexual abusers are successful at remaining undetected is because they do not fit a stereotype.”[35]

The data indicates that both homosexuality and pedophilia are intersecting categories that admit to a wide variety of sexual behavior:
Homosexual Males are Sexually Attracted to Underage Boys

A study in Archives of Sexual Behavior found that homosexual men are attracted to young males. The study compared the sexual age preferences of heterosexual men, heterosexual women, homosexual men, and lesbians. The results showed that, in marked contrast to the other three categories, “all but 9 of the 48 homosexual men preferred the youngest two male age categories,” which included males as young as age fifteen.[36]

In The Gay Report, by homosexual researchers Karla Jay and Allen Young, the authors report data showing that 73 percent of homosexuals surveyed had at some time had sex with boys sixteen to nineteen years of age or younger.”[37]
Conversely, Homosexual Pedophiles are Often Attracted to Adult Males

A study of sex offenders against male children in Behavior Research and Therapy found that male homosexual pedophiles are sexually attracted to “males of all ages.” Compared to non-offenders, the offenders showed “greater arousal” to slides of nude males as old as twenty-four: “As a group, the child molesters responsed [sp] with moderate sexual arousal . . . to the nude males of all ages.”[38]

A study of Canadians imprisoned for pedophilia in the Journal of Interpersonal Violence noted that some of the adult male offenders engaged in homosexual acts with adult males.[39]

Many pedophiles, in fact, consider themselves to be homosexual. A study of 229 convicted child molesters in Archives of Sexual Behavior found that “eighty-six percent of offenders against males described themselves as homosexual or bisexual.”[40]

Fr. John Harvey, founder and director of Courage, a support ministry for Catholics who struggle with same-sex attraction, explains that “the pedophile differs from the ordinary homosexual in that the former admires boyishness in the object of his affections, while the latter admires manliness.”[41] However, the categories are not completely separate:

While granting that the majority of homosexuals are not aroused by young boys, the distinction between homosexuality and homosexual pedophilia is not quite absolute. In some cases the interest oscillates between young adolescents and adults, in others between boys and adolescents; in exceptional cases a man may be interested in boys at one time and adults at another.[42]

Many Pedophiles are Attracted to Women, Marry, and Have Children

Gay activists insist that pedophilia has nothing to do with homosexuality because pedophiles are only sexually interested in children, whereas homosexuals only have sexual relations with adults. We have already seen that this stereotypical view is not correct with regard to homosexuals. There is also abundant evidence demonstrating that, while primarily interested in children, pedophiles nevertheless exhibit a wide variety of sexual behaviors, including relationships with women:

A study in Child Abuse and Neglect found that 48 percent of the offenders either were married or had been married at some time.[43]

The Journal of Interpersonal Violence studied the sexual preferences of male pedophiles who sexually abused children. When they compared the sexual response of the pedophiles with the control group, they found, unexpectedly: “Surprisingly, the two groups did not differ in their response to the nude female stimuli.”[44]

A study in the Psychiatric Journal of the University of Ottawa reported that “most of the middle-aged pedophiles have had significant adult sexual activity.”[45] Fifty-eight percent of the pedophiles in one study had at least one child, while other research indicated that “more than two-thirds of the married pedophiles in their sample had children, with an average of two to three children per subject.”[46]

A report by the Department of Justice addressed the devious stratagems of pedophiles, who will go to great lengths to conceal their true desires: “Preferential sex offenders may be ‘pillars of the community’ and are often described as ‘nice guys.’ They almost always have a means of access to children (for example, through marriage, neighborhood, or occupation.)”[47]

Thus, the evidence shows that homosexual pedophiles cannot be narrowly defined as individuals who are solely attracted to underage boys. In fact there is considerable overlap between homosexuality and pedophilia.
PEDOPHILIA IN GAY CULTURE The Historical Connection between Pedophilia and the Gay Rights Movement

David Thorstad is a homosexual activist and historian of the gay rights movement.[48] He is a former president of New York’s Gay Activists Alliance (GAA), a prototype activist group founded in December 1969. The GAA at its inception opposed age of consent laws, which prohibited adults from having sex with children.[49] Thorstad is also a pedophile and founding member of the North American Man Boy Love Association (NAMBLA).

Thorstad argues that there is a natural and undeniable connection between homosexuality and pedophilia. He expresses bitterness that the gay rights movement has, in his view, abandoned pedophilia. Thorstad writes: “Boy-lovers were involved in the gay movement from the beginning, and their presence was tolerated. Gay youth groups encouraged adults to attend their dances. . . . There was a mood of tolerance, even joy at discovering the myriad of lifestyles within the gay and lesbian subculture.”[50]

The inaugural issue of the Gay Community News in 1979 published a “Statement to the Gay Liberation Movement on the Issue of Man/Boy Love,” which challenged the movement to return to a vision of sexual liberation. It argued that “the ultimate goal of gay liberation is the achievement of sexual freedom for all–not just equal rights for ‘lesbian and gay men,’ but also freedom of sexual expression for young people and children.”

In the early years there was some reluctance to accept pedophilia, primarily among feminist and lesbian activist groups. In March 1979 the Lesbian Feminist Liberation (LFL) accusing “so-called Man/Boy Lovers” of “attempting to legitimize sex between children and adults. . . . Feminists easily recognize this as the latest attempt to make palatable the sexual exploitation of children.” The coalition went on record as opposing “the sexual abuse of children by heterosexual or homosexual persons.”[51]

Despite this opposition, Thorstad claims that by 1985 homosexual pedophiles had won acceptance within the gay movement. He cites Jim Kepner, then curator of the International Gay and Lesbian Archives in Los Angeles: “A point I’ve been trying to make is that if we reject the boylovers in our midst today we’d better stop waving the banner of the Ancient Greeks, of Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Oscar Wilde, Walt Whitman, Horatio Alger, and Shakespeare. We’d better stop claiming them as part of our heritage unless we are broadening our concept of what it means to be gay today.”[52]

In 1985 NAMBLA was admitted as a member in New York’s council of Lesbian and Gay Organizations as well as the International Gay Association–now the International Lesbian and Gay Association (ILGA). In the mid-1990’s ILGA’s association with NAMBLA and other pedophile groups cost the organization it’s status as a Non-Governmental Organization in the United Nations.

ILGA’s renewed attempt to gain admittance to the UN was rejected again in April 2002 because the organization “did not document that it had purged pedophile groups such as [NAMBLA].” The Washington Times reports that Ishtiag H. Anrabi, Pakistani delegate to the UN Economic and Social Council, expressed concern that ILGA was continuing to be secretive about ties with pedophile groups: “For more than a year, the ILGA has refused to provide documentation or allow review of its membership list to demonstrate that pedophilia groups have been expelled.”[53]
Pedophile Themes Abound in Gay Literature

The late “beat” poet Allen Ginsberg illustrates the seamless connection between homosexuality and pedophilia. Many know Ginsberg as an illustrious “out” homosexual poet: fewer are aware that he was also a pedophile.

Biographer Raymond-Jean Frontain refers to Ginsberg’s publications in both NAMBLA Bulletin and NAMBLA Journal. He discusses how Ginsberg’s biographers failed to discuss his poems that contained pederastic themes:

Although both Shumacher and Barry Miles (Ginsberg’s initial biographer) frankly discuss Ginsberg’s sexual politics, neither refers to his involvement with the controversial North American Man/Boy Love Association. . . . I reread Collected Poems and Ginsberg’s two subsequent collections, surprised by the pattern of references to anal intercourse and to pederasty that emerged.[54]

Ginsberg was one of the first of a growing number of homosexual writers who cater to the fascination with pedophilia in the gay community. Mary Eberstadt, writing in the Weekly Standard, documents how the taboo against sex with children continues to erode–with the impetus coming from homosexual writers.[55]

Revealingly, the examples she provides of pedophilia in current literature come from gay fiction. Eberstadt cites the Village Voice, which states that “Gay fiction is rich with idyllic accounts of ‘intergenerational relationships,’ as such affairs are respectfully called these days.”[56] Other examples of pedophilia-themed gay fiction include:

In the introduction of the “mainstream” homosexual anthology Penguin Book on International Gay Writing, David Leavitt notes matter-of-factly that “Another ‘forbidden’ topic from which European writers seem less likely to shrink is the love of older men for young boys.” Leavitt praises one book with a pedophilic theme included in the anthology as a “coolly assured narrative [which] compels the reader to imagine the world from a perspective he might ordinarily condemn.”[57]

Several texts included in another anthology, The Gay Canon: Great Books Every Gay Man Should Read, feature scenes of man-boy sex. One such book is praised as “an operatic adventure into the realms of love, personality, ambition and art . . . a pure joy to read.” The protagonist is “a pedophile’s dream: the mind of a man in the body of a boy.”[58] Another novel which includes graphic descriptions of sexual violence against boys is said to “[tear] straight to the heart of one of the greatest sources, community-wide, of 1990’s gay angst: What to do with men who love boys?”[59]

Yet another anthology of homosexual fiction, A History of Gay Literature: The Male Tradition, published by Yale University Press, includes “a longish chapter on ‘Boys and Boyhood’ which is a seemingly definitive account of pro-pedophile literary works.”[60] The author appears more concerned with the feelings and emotions of the man than with his boy victim. He explores the question of “whether or not you regard [having sex with boys] as a way of retreating from life or, on the contrary, as a way of engaging with it at its most honest and least corrupted level.”[61]

A significant percentage of books that have appeared on the Gay Men’s Press fiction bestseller list contain pedophilia themes, including:

Some Boys: described as a “memoir of a lover of boys” that “evokes the author’s young friends across four decades.”[62]

For a Lost Soldier: the story of a sexual relationship between a soldier and an eleven-year-old boy, set during World War II.[63]

A Good Start, Considering: yet another story about an eleven-year-old boy (!) who suffers sexual abuse but is rescued by a teenager who “offers him love and affection”[64]

Terre Haute: billed as “A poetic novel of sexual awakening in the American Midwest, tracing an adolescent’s journey from introspection to perilous desire.”

Shiva and Arun: the story of two Indian adolescents who “discover early on the joys of sex.”

Teardrops on My Drum: barefoot kids in 1920’s Liverpool search for “adventure, love and sex.”

    Pro-pedophilia Publications

Recent years have seen the appearance of publications that lend a scholarly veneer to the fascination with pedophilia in the gay community. Such publications attempt to make the case for “intergenerational intimacy.” The nation’s largest gay publisher, Alyson Publications, which distributes Daddy’s Roommate and other homosexual books that promote homosexuality to children, publishes books advocating man-boy sex, including:

Paedophilia: The Radical Case, which contains detailed information on how to engage in sexual relations with young boys.[65]

The Age Taboo, another defense of pedophiliawhich claims: “Boy-lovers . . . are not child molesters. The child abusers are . . . parents who force their staid morality onto the young people in their custody.”[66]
The Journal of Homosexuality and Pedophilia

The Journal of Homosexuality is viewed as the premier “mainstream” English-language publication of the gay movement. One prominent editor is John DeCecco, a psychologist at San Francisco State University who also serves on the editorial board of the Dutch pedophile journal Paidika. It is therefore not surprising to see pedophilia promoted on its pages.

In 1990 the Journal of Homosexuality published a series of essays on pedophilia that were eventually published as Male Inter-Generational Intimacy:Historical, Socio-Psychological, and Legal Perspectives, edited by pedophile Edward Brongersma. None of the essays offered any substantive criticism of pedophilia: most blatantly promoted man-boy love as the natural right of homosexuals.

In 1999 Helmut Graupner, wrote an article on pedophilia in the Journal of Homosexuality, in which he claims: “Man/boy and woman/girl relations without doubt are same-sex relations and they do constitute an aspect of gay and lesbian life.” Graupner argues that, as such, consensual sexual relations between adult homosexuals and youths as young as fourteen qualifies as a “gay rights issue.”[67]

The fascination with pedophilia continues to be a cause of concern even within the gay community. Lesbian columnist Paula Martinac, writing in the homosexual newspaper Washington Blade, states:

[S]ome gay men still maintain that an adult who has same-sex relations with someone under the legal age of consent is on some level doing the kid a favor by helping to bring him or her ‘out.’ It’s not pedophilia, this thinking goes–pedophilia refers only to little kids. Instead, adult-youth sex is viewed as an important aspect of gay culture, with a history dating back to ‘Greek love’ of ancient times. This romanticized version of adult-youth sexual relations has been a staple of gay literature and has made appearances, too, in gay-themed films.[68]

Martinac adds that “When some gay men venerate adult-youth sex as affirming while simultaneously declaring ‘We’re not pedophiles,’ they send an inconsistent message to society. . . . The lesbian and gay community will never be successful in fighting the pedophile stereotype until we all stop condoning sex with young people.”[69]
VICTIM’S TURNED VICTIMIZERS: THE CONSEQUENCES OF HOMOSEXUAL CHILD ABUSE

The steadfast denial of the disturbing ties with pedophilia within the homosexual movement is no purely academic matter. Perhaps the most tragic aspect of the homosexual-pedophile connection is the fact that men who sexually molest boys all too often lead their victims into homosexuality and pedophilia. The evidence indicates that a high percentage of homosexuals and pedophiles were themselves sexually abused as children:

The Archives of Sexual Behavior reports: “One of the most salient findings of this study is that 46 percent of homosexual men and 22 percent of homosexual women reported having been molested by a person of the same gender. This contrasts to only 7 percent of heterosexual men and 1 percent of heterosexual women reporting having been molested by a person of the same gender.”[70]

A study of 279 homosexual/bisexual men with AIDS and control patients discussed in the Journal of the American Medical Association reported: “More than half of both case and control patients reported a sexual act with a male by age 16 years, approximately 20 percent by age 10 years.”[71]

Noted child sex abuse expert David Finkelhor found that “boys victimized by older men were over four times more likely to be currently engaged in homosexual activity than were non-victims. The finding applied to nearly half the boys who had had such an experience. . . . Further, the adolescents themselves often linked their homosexuality to their sexual victimization experiences.”[72]

A study in the International Journal of Offender Therapy and Comparative Criminology found:”In the case of childhood sexual experiences prior to the age of fourteen, 40 percent (of the pedophile sample) reported that they had engaged ‘very often’ in sexual activity with an adult, with 28 percent stating that this type of activity had occurred ‘sometimes'”[73]

A National Institute of Justice report states that “the odds that a childhood sexual abuse victim will be arrested as an adult for any sex crime is 4.7 times higher than for people . . . who experienced no victimization as children.”[74]

A Child Abuse and Neglect study found that 59 percent of male child sex offenders had been “victim of contact sexual abuse as a child.”[75]

The Journal of Child Psychiatry noted that “there is a tendency among boy victims to recapitulate their own victimization, only this time with themselves in the role of perpetrator and someone else the victim.”[76]

The circle of abuse is the tragic legacy of the attempts by homosexuals to legitimize having sex with boys. For too many boys it is already too late to protect them from those who took advantage of their need for love and attention. All too many later perpetrate the abuse by themselves engaging in the sexual abuse of boys. Only by exposing the lies, insincere denials, and deceptions–including those wrapped in scholastic garb–of those who prey sexually on children, can we hope to build a wall of protection around the helpless children among us.

Significantly, a number of studies that were surveyed, and which skewed the overall percentages of homosexuals upwards, included such vague definers as those having had “any homosexual body contact.” In contrast, one study that was limited to self-identifying homosexuals found that less than 2 percent of the male respondents considered their “sexual orientation” to be homosexual, p. 293.

    17. Freund, “Heterosexuality, Homosexuality, and Erotic Age Preference,” p. 107. In this and previous studies, Freund claims that homosexuals are no more likely than heterosexuals to be attracted to children (p. 115). However, Silverthorn, et al., mentions the limitations of studies by Freund and others: “Studies of homosexual male preferences are also limited. . . . The Freund et al.(1973) study was possibly compromised because the homosexual men used in the study were selected to be sexually attracted to adults, but not teenaged, males. The Bailey et al. (1994) study was limited in that it did not present participants with objective stimuli but simply asked participants to report what age of sexual partner they preferred . . . the Jankowiak et al. (1992) study . . . was limited in two ways: the homosexual male participants had a limited age range of ‘middle-aged professionals’ and the stimuli presented to participants were also of a limited age range (‘university to middle-aged’).” Silverthorn attempted to correct these deficiencies, and in his study found that homosexuals “preferred younger partners than those who preferred female partners”–in cluding those as young as fifteen. Carole Jenny, et al., “Are Children at Risk for Sexual Abuse by Homosexuals?” Pediatrics 94 (July 1994): 41-44. However, the Jenny study utilized an atypical research technique: the reported child molesters themselves were not interviewed. Instead, the researchers relied upon the subjective opinions of “informants” who accompanied the child victim to the medical clinic. The qualifications for such “informants” to determine the sexual behavior of the accused molester were not established. However, once it is “determined” beforehand that pedophiles who molest boys cannot be considered gay or homosexual if they have had sexual relations with women, it is a foregone conclusion that few if any of the pedophiles -who often have girlfriends, are married, and have children – will be labeled homosexual. The Jenny study used this narrow profile despite the fact that the study itself found that 22 percent of the perpetrators were of the same sex as the victim. In these cases the molesters clearly engaged in homosexual sexual molestation.

  6. Still waiting for your “scientific” data that proves an actual shooting event occurred. And no, pathetic actors sobbing about how their friend, son, blah blah blah got shot or is dead is not “scientific” proof.

    1. Dear Sister, you have failed your assignment: I assigned comparing the rates of homosexuals with those of heterosexuals with respect to your claims. You make the most elementary of all scientific errors by stating only figures that apply to homexuals. What are the equivalent figures for heterosexual males. And if homosexuality is an ultimate ‘evil’ that according to you results in an exces of diseases, what that the figures for lesbians? But most important, you need to demonstrate that male homosexuals really do have more STD diseases the heterosexuals, and you do not. You are operating to “prove” your biases and that is not science. YOu must seek to discredit your biases and then if you do you must reject them. You operate only to prove your biases.
Last words from me on this silliness on your part.

      1. Darn, I really thought you would at least give me a D-.

But before I go, I would like to comment that the two articles I provided for you ARE NOTHING BUT COMPARISONS BETWEEN HETEROS AND HOMOS.

Oh well, Class Dismissed…as you say.

    1. You are the second person who said they are having issues with comments. Last time there was an issue with Word Press. Sorry… I’ll see what I can find out.

  7. For anyone interested in reading more on the virtues of homosexuality…

    https://fellowshipoftheminds.com/2015/10/28/homosexuals-are-more-narcissistic-and-more-prone-to-pedophilia-and-murder/comment-page-1/

Although murder and rape of children are not common events, they are extremely frightening and can greatly impact the communities in which they occur. As its most precious resource, our society takes great pains to protect children and to ensure their safety. Amazingly, our society is also at the vanguard of the pro-gay rights movement. But consider: a group constituting perhaps 1% to 5% of men (1.3% in the 1996 National Household Survey of Drug Abuse; higher in Black, et al.7, Anderson & Stall8, and Cameron & Cameron9) generated 43% of those who were recorded in the most recent 14 years of news stories as having raped and killed children. That this group also accounts for around a third of child molesters, commits between a third to two-thirds of child rapes, and may be involved in up to half of all murders, adds substance to the traditional belief that participation in homosexual activity is anti-social.

Most child molesters, child rapists, murderers and serial killers are male. Homosexual males account for 1% to 2% of the population. That means 1% to 2% of the population commit 1/3 of child molestations, 1/3 to 2/3 of child rapes, 1/2 of all murders, and more than 2/5 of serial murders.

  8. On the virtues of being a Lesbian:

    https://www.theguardian.com/uk/2000/oct/24/3

Lesbians and bisexual women are more promiscuous than straight women and just as vulnerable to sexually transmitted diseases, a study indicates.

Australian researchers also found that women who had sex with other women were more likely to have got pregnant, had abortions or injected drugs.

A team led by Katherine Fethers at Sydney hospital analysed the medical records of almost 3,000 women, about half of whom had experienced lesbian sex. All had attended a public sexual health clinic.

Records suggest that women who have sex with women “show considerable sexual and non-sexual risk-taking behaviours”, the researchers said.

Some 93% of them reported sexual contact with a man – 9% with more than 50 partners, compared with 2% of heterosexual women. They were three times more likely to have had sex with a homosexual or bisexual man. In addition, a history of pregnancy and abortion was more common.

Women with female sexual partners were six times more likely to inject drugs, and were significantly more at risk from hepatitis B and C. Of the total, five lesbians and three heterosexuals were HIV positive.

  9. This was nothing more than a hate crime. Sadly he killed far too many. It was not the guns fault it was the mentally disturbed shooter.

I think it is great that he lives in an age where he can be open about it. Am sure he is still at some level of danger.

We need to accept that gays have rights to have sex with who they want.
