Key West Sunrise Rotary was honored at this fall’s Florida Keys Community College Foundation scholarship social for funding Game Changer Scholarships for the 2015-16 academic year. The program provides a path to a free Associate in Arts degree to financially-underserved Monroe County students. Recipients receive federal and state grants along with local funds to cover 100 percent of tuition and fees with additional money for essential living expenses.
