Key West Sunrise Rotary installed Monroe County Property Appraiser Scott Russell as its newest member. The July 17 ceremony included Russell’s sponsor Hal Barrett, Sunrise Rotary President Jim Scholl and Membership Chair Sue Fowler.

The Key West Sunrise Rotary Club in the Conch Republic, established in 1988, provides community service, supports charities and funds college scholarships through events including Brewfest, Poker Run and a golf tournament.
