Monday, January 11 at 6:00 p.m., the Key West Friends of the Library will present author Thomas McGuane as the first speaker of its annual lecture series at the Key West Theater, 512 Eaton St. Admission is free. Seating begins at 5:30.

McGuane, who has been writing literary fiction for more than 45 years, will be reading from his latest book of short stories, Crow Fair, published in 2015.
