“The Judge just told FKAA that the County Code which says put the sewer connection in the public right of way means, put the grinder pump in the public right of way. Duh. FKAA has intimidated many property owners to put these pumps on their land, and pay to run their electricity to it. Who in government will stand up and say FKAA, its lawyers, and its consultants were wrong to ignore the law? Who in government will acknowledge that the citizens who have been fighting with FKAA were right?”
