A Key West man died this morning in a single scooter crash on Flagler Avenue. Nestor J. Solórzano, 36, was found dead at about 7:30 this morning reports KWPD spokesperson, Alyson Crean. He had apparently been traveling inbound on Flagler when he struck the back of a parked vehicle at the side of the road. Police believe the crash occurred some time before dawn.

Inbound lanes of Flagler Avenue, between 11^th and 12^th Ave were closed for over two hours while police investigated the crash. The medical examiner will be conducting an autopsy.
