March 15, 2015 • 1–5pm • Under the Pines @ Fort Zachary Taylor

Come celebrate with us under the pines at Fort Zach on Sunday, March 15th, from 1-5 pm! This annual event marks the 7 year anniversary of the Save Our Pines organization and its successful campaign to stop the removal of our beautiful shade-providing Australian Pine trees at Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park.

Also, thanks to Mayor Cates’ Proclamation, the third Sunday of March is now officially Save Our Pines Day!
Signed Pines Proclamation

All our friends and supporters are welcome to join us at the tables under the Pines. Bring a dish to share, beverages, chairs, and blankets. Napkins, utensils, and water will be kindly provided by Blue Heaven and Salute!.

We’ll be raising funds to continue the work necessary to maintain the health and safety of our Pines at Fort Zach. Individual Pines can be adopted by anyone interested in the continued survival of these majestic trees. And of course, contributions of any amount are greatly appreciated!

We will also be debuting our new SOP tote bags! Perfect for eco-conscious shopping.

So meet us under the Pines to enjoy pleasant company, tasty food, refreshing sea breezes, our favorite beach, and the cool shade offered by its canopy of marvelous Pine trees.

More highlights include:
