The Key West Art Center welcomes Rick Worth as special guest following the monthly members’ meeting on Friday, April 8th. The member meeting begins at 3:30 pm; immediately following, at 4 pm, Rick will give a painting demonstration. Rick’s demonstration is free and open to the public and everyone is invited to stay for a festive social hour following his demonstration. Rick will share some of his tips and techniques he shows aspiring painters of all ages at his popular “Painting Boot Camp” classes at The Studios of Key West.

Rick Worth has been painting in Key West for over 25 years. “Everyone in Key West has three jobs,” he observes, “I teach; I paint; I build stuff — those are my three jobs,” and evidence of his artwork can be found everywhere: Fantasy Fest floats, painted cars, murals in Old Town Key West. Rick is one of Key West’s most generous artists offering his time and his art many community causes and non-profit organizations. As an Artist Member of the Key West Art Center his work is exhibited and sold in the gallery.

The Key West Art Center is a non-profit community art gallery located at 301 Front Street and open every day from 10 am – 5 pm. Call (305) 294-1241 or visit www.KeyWestArtCenter.com for more info.
