Key West Rotary Clubs Welcome New District Governor

The three Rotary Clubs in Key West welcomed the new District 6990 governor with a reception at the Custom House Museum and speaking opportunities at club meetings this week.

Club presidents presented Larry Herman with a variety of gifts including a Mario Sanchez painting. At the Friday morning meeting of Key West Sunrise Rotary, President Jim Scholl gave Herman with a coconut hand painted by Wendy Lefere, wife of noon Rotary member Pat Lefere.

District 6990 comprises more than 50 clubs in Monroe, Miami-Dade and Broward counties and Grand Bahama Island. Herman is a member of the Rotary Club of Weston.
