Key West Transit Director Norman Whitaker today named Gary Rutan Driver of the Quarter for the second quarter. Rutan began working part time for the City in June of 2015, then became a full time driver of the Lower Keys Shuttle.
“Gary loves driving the bus and is very dedicated to his new career with the City of Key West,” said Whitaker.
