Key West, FL Mile Marker 14.5 on the Overseas Highway is home to the Lower Keys newest 150 seat full service restaurant and bar. Business partners Matt McKnight, Matt Moline and Jason Gwynne opened the stilted waterfront property at 3100 Overseas Highway as Fish on October 21, 2015. Fish is the third establishment for McKnight and Moline as they also own Hurricane Hole Fresh Seafood Grill on Stock Island and the Conch Shack, a popular downtown fast food venue on the 100-block of Duval Street.
