This coming Mother’s Day weekend, there are 3 great events where you can take Mom to have some fun and support Keys families before, during, and after pregnancy. For 25 years, FKHSC has been serving families in the Keys, and the family–friendly fundraisers are guaranteed to entertain and pamper Mom this year on Mother’s Day Weekend.

Friday night, May 12, start your weekend at the BottleCap Blue Room with Happy Hour and hors d’oeuvres. All bartender tips are donated to Healthy Start. For your enjoyment we’ll have live music with Hey Monea, a pop-up boutique and a professional portrait special for Moms, plus lots more.

Saturday evening, May 13, $5 gets you in the door for a live concert with Erica Sunshine Lee at the new Perry Hotel on Stock Island. The concert is from 5-8 pm and there will be a cash bar with Happy Hour specials and signature drinks. Erica is no stranger to Key West, but if you’re not familiar with her music, you can find more on YouTube. The concert will be kid-friendly, so feel free to bring the whole family! Sunday afternoon, May 14, join us at our spectacular Mother’s Day Pamper Mom Picnic & Pool Party from 1-5 pm. It’s our annual fundraising event, and a perfect way to Pamper Mom! Held at the brand new Perry Hotel, your entry ticket includes lunch, access to the pool, and a chance to win 1 free night’s stay at the Perry Hotel. In addition, we’ve got some great add-ons that you can purchase for the Mom in your life, to be delivered at the event. Especially for the kids, mermaids from the Southernmost Mermaid School will join us in the pool from 1-3 p.m. to read mermaid stories, teach guests about mermaid language and folklore, and swim and play in the pool as entertainment for our guests.
